PinPoint is an organisational and tracking app. It helps you record where and when you inject, rotate between sites, track vials and reconstitution, and keep notes. That is all it does.

PinPoint does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the app, including injection site suggestions, rotation history, risk indicators, calculator outputs, or scan results, is a medical opinion or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

We do not advise on medication

PinPoint does not tell you what to inject, how much to inject, or whether any medication or substance is safe or appropriate for you. Dosing inputs, calculator results, and reconstitution figures are tools for recording and arithmetic only. They are not dosing advice and must not be relied on as such. Always follow the instructions of your prescriber and the directions that come with your medication.

PinPoint does not endorse, recommend, or encourage the use of any medication, compound, or substance, including any that may be unapproved, unregistered, or used outside of their approved indications in your jurisdiction. Any compound you enter into PinPoint is entered at your own discretion.

Accuracy and the camera feature

The information PinPoint shows you depends entirely on what you enter. For the camera scan feature, body zone identification is performed by automated image analysis and is provided solely to assist with logging. Scan results identify a general body region only. They are not clinically accurate, not validated for medical use, and must not be relied upon for any health decision. Always verify the logged zone yourself before confirming an entry.

Your responsibility and our liability

You use PinPoint at your own discretion and are responsible for your own health decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of PinPoint is limited to the resupply of the service or the cost of having the service resupplied. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or harm arising from your use of the app or your reliance on anything it displays, including site suggestions, scan results, calculator outputs, or any other feature.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes any consumer guarantees or rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
